Hi frends Again i am updating new working cgi fq for all state
Note: since it is cgi fq hence it wont give resume support for download.
All personaly i am not using cgi fq for downloading,
for resume support use it in opera.
Here is Trick.
create new setting

Apn: airtelgprs.com
Port: 80
Proxy: 66.230.163.170
FQ:  freeip/cgi-bin/april.cgi/00/http/

Replace freeip with ur working host of your state..
