- Download UC handler 8.4
- Make a New Configuration Settings on your Phone.

- port=3128
- APN=www
- Frontquery=free ip@ . exm =0.0.0.0@
- free ip known to all
For PC
- Download Vnap Proxy Pro
- maintain Some Data balance
- Now>go to Profile > URL Handler>FrontQuery.
- now Put FrontQuery and Click OK.
- Now Click on Profile> Proxy
- Click on Enable Proxy.
- now enter the Proxy and Port in the fields.
- Proxy:- 173.236.88.186
- Port:- 3128
