Android phones are one of the most selling phones in the world. Because of the features and functionalities provided by the Android phone, it has increased its popularity. One of the best functionalities of current Android smartphones is providing internet. Android mobile works as a modem and helps you to connect your PC or Laptop directly to internet. Even some users don’t know, how to use an android phone as a modem and how to connect their PC or Laptop to internet by Android phone.
Step 4: Go to Tethering and portable hotspot in Wireless and Network menu.
Before connect your mobile to PC or Laptop please check whether an internet in your phone is already connected or not. If not then,
Go to your Android phone Menu >> Settings >> Wireless and Networks >>Select Mobile Networks >> Tick Use packet data.
If internet is connected then follow these simple steps to connect your PC or Laptop directly to internet via Android mobile phone:
Step 1: Connect your Android phone to PC or Laptop with USB cable.
Step 2: Go to Settings in main menu of your mobile.
Step 3: Go To Wireless and Network in the Settings menu.
Step 5: Tic the USB tethering as shown in above picture in Tethering and portable hotspot menu.
Now, you done it and your PC or Laptop is connected to internet. Enjoy it!
Note: This will only works with Windows 7 or 8. If you are using Windows XP then you have to use software to connect internet to your PC or Laptop via Android phone
